A lawyer and possibly a court case could determine the answer
to your question.
However, it sounds to me like you described one property.
There are 3 buildings at one location owned by the same
company. That is one property isn't it?

I am surprised about the programming being higher from the Dish
Network. I would have thought that it would be comparable to
the difference in residential rates.
