Yup. She probably can't take him to small claims court in the first place,
as this sort of thing is a major court action. She'll probably spend more
money talking to a lawyer about it than the filters would cost...but it
depends on her State's laws. On the other hand, maybe she can go to Judge
Judy and get on TV. ;)
