Definately Yesterday's Enterprise.  Best of Both Worlds has some good
scenes as well.  I think, however, that the most intense battle scene
filmed in television Star Trek is the opening scenes of the Deep Space
Nine pilot episode, retelling the battle of Wolf 359.
Be sure you realise, however, that you CD is for your own personal use
only.  Any sale or even other free distribution to people outside you
immediate household would be copyright infringement and would be illegal
