Harry,
I think you missed my point or maybe I was a little ambigious. I meant
that the local assembly is being given instructions on how to pray and
we are to pray for men in all walks of life such as kings etc..vs 2.
That is the context. It is all without distinction that we are to pray
for because God has his elect out of every kindred tongue and nation.
If you say God wills to save all men without exception and in the end
they are not saved then you have a god that is subject to the precarious
wills of finite men and surely not a god worthy to be worshipped.
