 Thanks for that. The problem was on my laptop. I don't have /sbbs on it. The
problem was with by browsers. I could not log on to any accounts that required
a user name and password. I also couldn't access some files with the file
manager. Anyway I just wiped it clean and went back to 16.04. Everything is
back to normal again. I didn't need to upgrade but I did anyway. I won't do
that again. Thanks for the reply.
