I know nothing about the ninth movie other than all the regular stars 
have been signed and that its working title is "Prime Directive".

Not that I've heard about. But I have been hearing this rumour that 
Voyager is going back to the Alpha Quadrant and the overall story will 
be adjusted to compensate for it.
