Here in San Diego County, the City of San Diego is on a trunked system,
and it makes listening to PD and Fire EASIER, since all the tac channels
are now repeated.
The County is going to a trunked system, and 2 other cities plus one
fire agency are already on 800 trunked systems.  It IS nice, even
without a TT radio, but MUCH nicer with one (or several!)
