They already have,,, that law just passed the house (the Tauzin bill
I think 2369) will outlaw possesion of scanners aleady capable
of reception of specified frequencies (i.e. cellular) the new 'improved'
bills call for even more exclusions such as business, public service
and public safety.
Keep your eyes on it, the next step is the senate.
