Hi ya Suzze:-)
-=> Quoting Suzze Tiernan to Stewy <=-
ST> Another one of my favorites! I just recommended it to a customer and
ST> they loved it too.
Well, what can I say; I just couldn't get into "Desparation"...talking
to everyone here has made me think, it's just me..especially Lawrence G...
so I shall have to go and try read it again...maybe I just wasn't in a
SK mood..I do read lots of books and different authors; so maybe it
just wasn't a SK month for me...
ST> My favorite is "The Shining", the scariest book I have ever read. I
ST> also liked "Gerald's Game", although I know it is not a popular
ST> favorite. I think he really did a good job of getting into a woman's
ST> head and her fears in that situation. As I just stated in anothr
ST> message, I tried reading the first Dark Tower book many times and
ST> couldn't get into it. But friends have said I should force myself
ST> through the first one as the rest are very good.
That's different; "The Stand" : haven't seen anyone say their fav is
""The Stand"; different strokes for different folks I guess...
Now see I like the Dark Tower series..but found out from LG that there are
6 or 7 books in that series...I was like HUH!!!I am a SK fan to the bone;
but
never realized that there were other books in that series...my first one is
"The Dark Tower: The Gunslinger"..so now I will have to go hunt the other
ones up...
Yes you should go try read it again; as it is a good series once you get
nto
it:-)
Do you read any other authors...I also like Anne Rice, Dean Koontz, John
Grisham, Mercedes Lackey as well as true crime novels...
Chow for now...Stewy
