 Now that we are no longer the Leader in Electronics Design that is
Quite common. A Manufacturer will design and start selling something in
the rest of the World before getting FCC Type Certification so it can
be sold here. Don't look now but we are No longer King of the Hill. We
are though still a very large market and particularly in the case of Ham
Gear the manufacturers cater to this market.
