        Unfortunately that incident was NOT Ed Koon's fault.  Ed's BBS is a
Telnetable BBS and the poster was not a regular user of the BBS or a Net 3603
resident.  Apparently Ed traced the poster's IP address to a New York site.  
Ed
handled the situation very professionally once he was aware of what happened.
        To cut Ed's feed would only add insult to injury as he did what he
could do about the caller.
