Universal radio has an Alinco handheld that is not approved yet. I've seen
it advertised in MT with full 800 mhz coverage. I'm assuming that the
manufacturer has not attempted to block the cell freqs. I'm suprised too,
because I would think the biggest market for scanner manuf. would be the US
public. It looks like a great scanner too.
