My name is Harvey by the way Mick.  But then i did not miss your point
but you surely were ambiguous.  First of all, by adding the words "all
men in our local assembly" you completely took the verse out of context.
What you are saying now is exactly what i have been saying all along.
Even Calvin agreed that the all men had nothing to do with the church,
but were the world. That we were to pray for all men in all stations of
life, because there will be folks saved out of all these groups.  When
they believe they will become the elect of God..

First of all i gave you Jn 3:16, and that places it in its proper
context.  That God loves everyone, the entire world, but it is only
those who call upon the name of the Lord, and repent that will be saved.
The scriptures i gave you were plain enough.  I marvel that you cannot
or do not wisn to reply with references to scriptures on your
positions...
