Yep, sounds like she's happy. She was locked up for most of 3 years?
Poor thing, I'm glad she's with you now where she can get out and enjoy
herself. Quakers are neat birds--I just met 2 recently that are both
love sponges. Unfortunately they hate each other, so their owner has her
hands full trying to give them both attention without being caught in
the middle of regular bird fights!
