It had the same hazardous material placard as gasoline. 12,000 gallons is 
just a drop in the bucket compared to those huge tank cars that carry LPG. I 
doubt that it presents any greater hazard than what goes over the BNSF around 
the clock. It's the name that brings up the bad connotations.
