Well, I am the moderator here, and I decide what is off-topic, and
what is on-topic.  I am pretty flexible, and nothing in this thread
is what I consider to be off-topic to the Scanning echo.
You can of course, listen to HAMs with a Scanner!
If you do wish to take it to specific HAM echo, I would also
suggest the Amateur_Radio echo, pretty much anything radio is on-topic
there also.
