 THAT is NOT a standard for the Scanner itself but for the Allowed
Radiation from the local Oscillator. Incidentally that regulation
applies to ALL receivers using a Local oscillator system. Even your
Walkman AM/FM radio. The same rule also applies to ANY DEVICE capable
of generating a RF signal of any type Including Computer mother boards
and Computer monitors.
