This is what I am doing for my connection to paonline.com

I have a batchfile called mailrun.bat, which I have it run on a three times a
day basis via system agent.  Here is the batch file;

ftp -s:mail.scp

The mail.scp looks like this for me.

open ftp2.paonline.com


binary
hash
prompt
lcd g:\pxw\inbound\echo
cd /out
mget *.*
mdel *.*
lcd g:\pxw\outbound
mput 125ce864.*
mdel 125ce864.*
bye

This pulls the mail to my system.  I then set a mail event to scan/toss the
echo/netmail every three hours.
