If you drink, but do not smoke, you are often forced to sit in with smokers
instead of out in the non-smoking area of a restaurant, so you are not able
to be in a separate room from the smoke then.

Kentucky is a place were tobacco is grown.  However, I guess the tobacco
in the cigarettes is from wherever the cigarette maker buys it from.
