I wouldn't wory about it. My Hahns Macaws have always done that with thier 
pelets and I think it is much healthier for them to do that instead of eating 
like A pig and then siting around not doing anything. My birds are not obese 
but My sister has to limit the food in Her Quakers cage because it will eat 
until the bowl is empty and has been very fat at one time. Which would You 
rather have?
