Any type:
       police
       fire
       aircraft
       public safety
       railroads
       security
       telecommunications services
       federal, state, local
       press and media
Additionally -- Is anyone familiar with scanner laws in Iowa?
       Are they restrictive (like Virginia) or liberal like
       many other states (don't be committing a felony) and
       little injections by the lawyers?
