Things may well improve, at least as far as the UK is concerned, because
we have a new man in charge of echo mail to replace Cliff Harrold who
died a few months ago. He did an exellent job, so obviously, his death
meant we needed an equally good replacement elected, and that replacement
is a guy called Dave Carter.
