You'll know  diarrhea when you see it :-)
The fecal  matter is loose and runny and a real mess.  Note that I said the 
_fecal_ matter, as bird poop contains both  stool and urine.  Often you'll 
see wet mostly-liquid droppings,  but as long as the liquid part is clear and 
the colored matter has _some_ shape, it should be okay.  When the colored 
stuff is liquid and unformed, then there's probably a prtoblem and it's best 
to contact thevet.
