TB> Good?
From experience with teevee and radio cards of several sorts in the computer
I've found a couple that do okay.
You must do a couple things to make any of the ones I tried work well.
You MUST have a good outside antenna and a good ground. Watch for 'double
grounding' on the computer and antenna. A ground loop between the AC Mains
and the antenna ground can cause hum at minimum, equipment smoke at worst.
Feed the card signal with good quality coax. Solder the coax to connector.
Make sure ALL plates, covers and screws are in and tight on the 'puter.
No missing slot covers on the back, all covers with tight screws.
(I removed the plastic front panel on mine and used an aluminum based
paint on the inside, made sure the paint made case ground. Painted inside
the 'blank' drive covers the same way.- it cut noise a lot!)
Ferrite rings or chokes on ALL cables that leave the 'puter cabinet.
(Including mouse, keyboard, speakers, power plug, ANYTHING.)
Ferrites on all cables on the monitor.
After learning most of the above the hard way, I have a good sounding
FM Stereo radio and Teevee card that I can watch all the cable stations on.
