The bird has a great personality. LOVES attention. Particularly likes her
head scratched and begs for it all the time.

Real life can be busy at times. :) The pet store I bought the bird from
has a real good reputation and most of the staff seem to be helping get
the babies socialized. All the birds I've looked at there all seemed to
be easy-going with people. I had to pick up some more feed yesterday and
everyone wanted to know how things were with the bird and I. They
really seem to care.
Mine is now talking a blue streak. She says, "hello," and "step up," and
is starting to say, "hey, baby!" (I say that to her when I come into the
room and any time I go past the cage and I respond to her "hello" with it.
She also does chicken clucking and turkey noises. I don't know where she
picked them up.
I had her sexed and I'm waiting for the test results to come back. I'll
probably find out its not a "her," but she acts like a "her," so I call
it "her."
... Anything not permenently nailed down is a parrot toy...
