From what I hear, NO! Only hearsay but a friend of mine bought one and sold
very shortly afterwards.

I use an AR3000 with "Scancat" - very pleased with the package by & large.

I know very little about satellites, but if you are thinking of Wxsats the
fixed bandwidth of most cheaper rxs may be a problem.
Unless you can get a very good deal, I would steer clear of WinRadio.
