Yes, I would be glad to chat to you about budgerigars, but I know
very little about cockatiels.
I only breed budgies in a small way, because I'm very short of space
here and I have to keep them indoors because I live in the kind of
neighborhood where we wouldn't chance having them outdoors.
I currently have 9 birds, but are limited as to which ones can pair
up because most of them are related and as we tend to get too
attached to them, we'd never dream of getting rid of any of them.
I can go into greater detail later, if you want.
BTW, if you have a cassette recorder with built in microphone, you
might like to try tapesponding with me. I've been doing it for over
twenty years now. It involves chatting on the tape and mailing it.
I still have three contacts in the States and one in Australia, though
at one time I actually had about 30 contacts.
