I need to find some refernce books, if any exist, on Moulluccan 'Toos. My new
weaned baby is exhibiting some behaviors that I can't read and don't know how
to respond to them. Basically, every night at 9:30 she starts getting hyper
and is literrally "going around in circles" inside the cage - climbing
the side bars, going over the top bars upside down, climbing down the
other side, travveling across the perch and repeating this oooover and
ooooover and etc. (Well thank goodness it ain't feather-plucking!)
I don't know if this is playing or if she (not sexed yet, just using
"she" for convenience...) is exhibiting neurotic hehavior, or if she
simply wants to go to sleep. She's in the living room and I keep kind
of late hours. The pet store closes at 9, so by 9:30 she's been in the
dark until the last 3 days.
Any ideas or suggestions or advice greatly appreciated.
