Dear Michael:
  The webpage http://www.nycsubway.org/news/other/freqs.html gives four 
frequencies for the Modesto and Empire Traction: 160.965, 161.175, 161.325, 
and 161.505 MHz. The author, Dale Woika, says that the frequencies are good 
as of 1992. Three are the same as the 1992 _Police call_, with PC showing
