Dear Michael:
  The newest _Police Call_ I have for California is the 1992 edition. Surely 
yours is newer than that. It gives four frequencies for the Modesto and 
Empire Traction:
   channel 1:  161.325   Yard
   channel 2:  160.965   Road
   channel 3:  161.175   Road
   channel 4:  160.785   Maintenance
  I haven't been able to contact the Web page with the RR frequencies. When I 
do, I'll see what it has to offer.
