i kinda have the same problem one time i let my parkeet Sony out of his cage 
and my parrot was out and the parrot bit the parkeet's leg in half.
Amazingly, the pet doctor gave him a cast and it got better and now he's
just fine

yea some people just dont understand how much work is involved in keeping a
parrot happy so he trust's his owner(s).
