1.  Please use it freely - for any matter which might have any bearing
    on educational or teaching matters - from any viewpoint at all.

2.  Do make messages interesting, please. Short and to the point makes
    them readable - and good detail helps all readers everywhere.

3.  Keep quoting to a minimum  -  just enough to remind readers of the 
    topic you are responding to; lengthy quotes waste space, boringly.

4.  Please reply to  *every*  message addressed to you or your many
    interests,   but...
