I found the book at the local Barnes and Noble. I read it in the store
since I didn't have the cash handy to buy it. There was a great deal of
good info in it and I plan on heading back soon to buy it. You're probably
right about following the way he did the mods on the older models and do
the same for mine. I just hope I can still get the service manual for my
unit. I read that RS is restricting the sale of service manuals for fear
of mods to restore cellular freq's.
Actually, I was really looking for ways of maybe adding more banks or
channels and even a cheap way of controlling it by my computer. I saw an
article by him in the latest issue of Monitoring times about a cheap way
of computer controlling the PRO-64 I think it was.
