Yes, although the published title is in the non-plural form: Wizard and 
ass.

It should have been available at major bookstores on Monday, Nov 3. I was 
just in a Super Crown last night to buy a copy of Waste Lands, and they had a 
Plume display up with all four volumes available for purchase -- at a 
discount no less!!

I was incorrect in suggesting that this book, this week, was book five. In 
fact, Wizard and Glass is the fourth, and new, book. 
The ISBN is 0-452-27917-8.
