Greetings!
   Can anyone tell me how well a parrot can handle changing weather-
   temperature? (I live in the northeast U.S.)
    Are some parrots better able to handle varying temperatures? I saw
   an excellent tv show on PBS about parrots (my favorite was the parrot
   that says "How about a tickle?") and they showed parrots native to
   New Zealand in what looked like cold weather conditions which made me
   wonder if those New Zealand parrots might be better able to handle
   cold weather than say parrots native to South America or parrots native
   to other warm regions of the world. Does anyone know the name of the
   parrot that is native to New Zealand? TIA
