EH>-> I dunno that you can teach a dove much, but hey--if a magician can

EH>I saw on TV the other night that they use doves because when they're
EH>scared, they just hunker down. Mine does THAT plenty good.
I saw a magician who used MACAWS and UMBRELLA COCKATOOS in his magic
act--that impressed me more than anything David Copperfield ever did!
EH>I've got a friend whose conure lives loose in the house. The BACK of her
EH>bathroom door is a MESS! Urk. That sucker flies outside and comes back
EH>to the window and raises hell until she goes and lets him in. Scares
EH>heck out of me, but she's SURE he's reliable.
EH>He's certainly TOUGH enough. Kicks the crap out of her cat!
Sounds like a conure...they're pretty tough for their size. But your
friend must not want the bird very badly if she lets him fly outside...
it's only a matter of time before something goes wrong.
