Brian,

I'm in the same situation, except that I'm a little further along.
I've subscribed to George Peace's PAOnline FTPHub service and am working
out the bugs even as I type. 8-) I found an OS/2 program called FiFTP,
which will automatically send and receive the files over the Internet.
INJOY has been recommended to me as the dialer to automatically dial my
ISP. INJOY is suppose to have the ability to start programs (FiFTP) once
connected to the Internet. It's also suppose to be able to shut itself
down once the connection ends. This last ability is important so you can
restart the mailer after FiFTP ends. I'm just beginning to explore INJOY.
As far as the Frontdoor mailer goes, I'm using Maindoor/2. I've
found two programs that will create a *.PKT out of *.MSG. One is called
FD2FTP and the other is called TOSSFTP. Both of these programs will move
your echo bundle to FiFTP's outbound directory too. I'm debating which
one is better. Check out Bob Juge's FTP site (ftp.juge.com) or George
Peace's (ftp.paonline.com) or Southern Star's (ftp.sstar.com) and look in
their FTPHUB (or something like that) directories. I think I found
everything but INJOY in them.
Good luck!
Victor
