I offered to let the SHOP VAC suck up the Kookyroo the other day when I
was cleaning up his area mess.  He promised he'd stop moulting if I
didn't suck all his feathers off TODAY!
It's those little bitty "underwear" feathers that drive me insane!  (He
also flings maize seed everywhere!)
