Sorry.

The english website should stay at www.openxp.com. If it's not, please  
contact Markus K„mmerer (he runs the domains).

But the english website will be the old website design (static) as long  
as the Mambo CMS doesn't offer the needed features to run a multilingual  
website, possibly on several virtual domains. This is under way,  
according to posting on the Mambo lists, but I don't know when it will  
happen. As soon as Mambo is ready for it, we will switch the english  
website to a Mambo-site like the german one.
