Maybe I do not understand what AHOI is but, if you use all three of those
aren't you going to have *three* VOIP carriers where you only need one?

I currently have Magic Jack for my voice line and I don't need google voice
or any other VOIP service/app/device, except a telephone to hook to it.

I would assume that using VOIP for modem calls would be the same except I
would need to hook a modem to my Magic Jack instead of a phone.
