Not quite got that far here yet.  Close though.  It has hit 89 cent a
litre at times, and I have seen the odd place at .91
Right now they cant make up their minds what the price should be.
What irritates me most about this, is that the price goes up
immediately when oil prices go up, even though the stuff in the system
was purchased at the lower price, but it never goes down immediately.
