same resolution or slightly lower than that of single player..

Games were a lot better in the Genesis/MD & Snes era, when there wasn't any 
Link cables..   So, I'd have to disagree with you..  If you play properly & 
concentrate on your section of the screen, you WONT be able to see what your 
opponent is doing..
