Another one I've also not read.... I'm engaging in primitive correspondence 
(i.e. snailmail) with SKL right now to find out if they have the entire 
catalog of King books available, or just the ones they've sent me in the past 
three years.
Last week they shipped Wizards...  unfortunatey the fools have never shipped 
Waste Lands.. so now I gotta either wait for them to reply to my letter and 
acknowledge it's availability -- or I have go to spend 'cash' at the local 
Barnes & Noble.
