ML>English is the international business language and the most widely
ML>spoken language in the world anyway, but that shouldn't stop you from
ML>learning another tongue. I think it's great to be able to communicate in
ML>more than one language. You also learn about other cultures as well and
ML>can learn to appreciate how other people live.
ML>Yeah, but I'm only 14. :P.. uhm. I don't know anything *but* english. I
ML>know some of my home country's.. but I can't speak/write it. I can
ML>understand it.
What is your home country? Being from an English speaking country, there
is little incentive to learn another language because it is so widely
spoken in most major cities around the world. And you can almost always
get a tour in the most remote places on earth with English speakers.
Still, it's fun to learn other languages. And if you learn one of the 5
romance languages, the other 4 come very easily.
