I think it's worth BUYING. I love it. About the surprise attacks...they only 
happen in singles matches (there are no surprise attacks in tag team 
matches). You can do only one surprise attack per match. To do a surprise 
attack you press the select button during the match. You shouldn't use it too 
soon, though. I use the surprise attack in the following situations...
1. If I'm low on energy I use the surprise attack. While my opponent is being 
"Pearl Harbored", I press the taunt button (I think it's L1) and raise my 
energy back to 100%. Then after my help leaves the ring and runs to the 
dressing room, I do some moves on my opponent and either pin them or make 
them submit.
2. If I'm dominating my opponent I'll do the surprise attack for an extra 
edge. Then I beat them.
