If it was only that easy! :)  It seems that fnos is not releasing control
of the com port though.  After Binkley rescan the outbound and has mail to
send, it will reset the modem the first time it tries calling out.

Hmmm...I'll haveta take a closer look at the fnos help files to see if
there's still an equivalent to that net15 parameter.
