Good question, Suzze. Honestly, I don't know. Maybe because it was shipped
softback from SKL, and the front cover says "with a new Introduction" and the
bottom of the front cover says "The complete serial novel" and I hadn't heard
anything about contemporary serial works.
But obviously we both now know that I've been out of touch lately. :)

Apparently I've spent too much time relying on my SKL book club to keep me
current (which actually they've done, since I have a complete softback copy
of this book) -- and not enough time paying attention to this echo and other
contemporary sources.
Oh well.... here's to a life! :)
