Well, I know this guy that is somehow related to the scouts.. I'm not
sure what he does, I know he does some stuff with business handling..
his handle was Frank something or other...  But anyways, he posted a
message a while back (on a local conference), about how the Scouts
perform.
Basically, it said Scouts will get sixth every year, unless due to some
set of circumstances, Phantom sucks, in which they have really good show
which they can at best hope for 4th.  It was pretty funny, but sorta
true.. so it was sad at the same time.
I've heard that a few of the bd's from the Scouts (esspecially #1) have
big egos.. or something like that...   Not to say that hearsay is
accurate or anything, but when I watched their drumline once before.
