       Whoever responded to my letter before --|.  A memory card shouldn't 
have to format no matter what.  Unless you choose to.

       I have no problems with the Sony Memory Card.  Just the Plus one.  If 
I put it in before I turn it on, the card won't be read.  Then I wiggle it 
until it does read, but by that time, it's formatted.
       If I put it in after, it formats.  Now, I just leave it in there, 
until I get a new one.
