This is what I found in the wildforager archives and my Lust book...

Allspice For chills, diarrhea and rheumatism. Also use as a digestive
aid and natural antioxidant.
Basil For headaches, rheumatism, colds, aids digestion and has calming
properties.
Oregano Diuretic. For headaches, nausea, asthma, colic, rheumatism.
Star anise Diuretic, breath freshener. Aids cramps and nausea. Benefits
rheumatism.

Indian Strawberry Duchesnea indica L.
WHOLE PLANT, FLOWER Rose family
Small, creeping, perennial: to 6 inches. Leaves strawberry-like. Flowers
yellow; 3-toothed brackets longer than petals and sepals. Flowers
april - July. Strawberry-like fruit insipid. WHERE FOUND: Yards,
waste places. Most of our area. Asian alein.
USES: In Asia, whole plant poultice or wash [astringent] used for
abscesses, boils, burns,insect stings, eczema, ringworm, rheumatism,
traumatic injuries. Whole-plant are used for laryngitis, coughs, lung
ailments. Flower tea traditionally used to stimulate blood circulation.

NETTLE, Urtica dioca allergies, rheumatism, arthritis, gout, builds
blood, useful for anemia, excessive bleeding, eczema, adrenal tonic.
Medicinal Uses: Infusions of the plant should be well strained. Flowers,
leaves and shoots are an excellent source of Vitamins A and C and
several minerals. Excellent tonic for the entire system. Used to stop
bleeding, especially nosebleeds and uterine bleeding. A specific for
treating eczema, anaemia, hay fever and food or pollen allergies. Also
used for colds, bronchitis, urinary problems, prostatitis and
rheumatism, Mature leaves are mildly laxative. Helps to increase flow of
milk in nursing mothers. Use as a gargle for sore throat and bleeding
gums, or as a hair rinse to treat dandruff.

Sesame seed oil Color: Yellow Contains: vitamins, minerals, protines,
litcithin, amino acids Uses: psoriasis, eczema, rheumatism. arthritis.
good for all skin types Base oil: use a 10 % dilution

And from John Lust's "The Herb Book".....
Boil 1 lb of dried English walnut leaves in 1 1/2 qt water for 45
minutes. Add the decoction to bath water for rheumatism, gout, skin
problems, glandular swellings and sweaty feet.
Steep 1/2 lb juniper berries or 1 lb fresh shoots in boiling hot water.
add the infusion to a full bath for rheumatic and skin problems.
Put 1 lb oat straw in 3 qt cold water; bring to a boil and boil for 30
minutes. Add the decoction to bath water for rheumatic problems.
Add 3 lb young twigs or young green cones from the spruce tree to 4
gallons cold water; Let stand for 24 hours and then boil for 2 hours.
Add the decoction to bath water for rheumatic problems.
Steep 4 oz thyme in 1 pint boiling hot water for 10 minutes. Add the
infusion to bath water for rheumatic problems.
And internally, a tea:
Sallow bark and birch leaves OR
Birch leaves, alder buckthorn bark and nettle leaves
Mix in equal parts. steep 1 tsp in 1/2 cup boiling hot water for 5
minutes. Take 1 to 1 1/2 cups a day, in mouthful doses, as needed.
Sweeten with honey, if desired.
I have no idea how effective any of these remedies are.
